Our Programs

From fitness classes to food pantries, art workshops to public forums, the Center’s programs are built around one idea: people thrive when they have places to connect, grow, be cared for, and experience fellowship alongside their neighbors. Explore what's happening at the Center below.

Food, Nutrition & Healthy Living
Good health starts with good food, and good food is even better shared. These programs teach healthy habits while bringing neighbors together around the table and in the garden.
Cooking Demonstrations
Hands-on sessions focused on healthy, accessible recipes.
Gardening Programs
Community gardening that teaches healthy habits and grows fresh food together. Local residents may purchase plots during the growing season and develop their own garden areas.
Weekly Food Pantry
Every Tuesday beginning at noon, community members are welcome to stop by the Center for our weekly food pantry. Visitors can pick up free food — including fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and other pantry staples — at no cost. It's a simple, no-hassle way for neighbors to keep their kitchens stocked and their families fed.
